The EXR-301 Orbit semi-automatic horizontal wrapping machine with manual feed is designed for wrapping long items such as carpets, fabrics, pipes, rails and other long profiles in wrapping film. It is also suitable for applications where taping is not possible, e.g. due to the small circumference of the wrapping or the need for even more gentle fixation. It is suitable for plants with medium packaging capacity. The delivery includes infeed and outfeed stainless steel workbenches. The advantages of this machine are its simple operation - semi-automatic operation (film cutting is done by the operator), low operating costs and low maintenance requirements. This machine is characterised above all by its simple and robust construction. Other advantages of the machine: rotation of the turret is controlled by a frequency converter (smooth starting and stopping, precise oriented stopping and infinite regulation of the rotation speed), 2 working modes (A - adjustable number of wraps from 3 to 11, B - continuous wrapping), starting the cycle by means of a foot pedal, adjustable wrapping speed up to 100 rpm, adjustable film tightening force and unique film tensioning system with friction roller for smoother wrapping. The resulting effect is a firm yet gentle fixation of the packaged goods.
