Principles of processing and protection of personal data under the GDPR

We only process personal data that you provide to us as part of:
- Contact form — name, e-mail, phone, message text
- Inquiry form — name, email, phone, product name, message text
- Application for employment — name, e-mail, attached CV

We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- Handling your question or enquiry
- Communication regarding product and service offerings
- Assessing your job application
- Compliance with legal obligations (accounting and tax regulations)
- Legitimate interests of the controller (improving services, analysing website traffic)

We process personal data on the basis of:
- Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) - for contact forms and cookies
- Performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) - for enquiries and business relationships
- Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) - traffic analysis, website security
- Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR) - accounting and tax rules
5. Retention period of personal data

We do not transfer personal data to third countries outside the EU/EEA.

You have the following rights in relation to the processing of personal data:
- Right of access — information about what data we process about you
- Right to repair — correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Right to erasure — deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Right to restriction of processing — restrictions on processing in certain cases
- Right to portability — transfer of data to another controller
- Right to object — objection to processing on the basis of legitimate interest
- Right to withdraw consent — you can withdraw your consent at any time
