CPT-40 Pneumatic Tensioner for 19–40 mm Belts
The CPT-40 pneumatic tensioner is designed for tensioning polyester fabric or composite strapping with a width of 19–40 mm. It is primarily intended for use in operations with higher strapping capacities. The tension force is adjusted by regulating the compressed air pressure. The main advantages of this device include high tension force, ease of operation, low weight, and the ability to precisely adjust the tension force up to 6500 N. The operating air pressure is 6–8 bar.
