Strapping Sets NP+UK (for steel straps 10-32 mm)
Strapping set NP-21 (tensioner) + UK-2 (crimping pliers) for taping with steel tape 19 or 32mm and thickness 0,8 - 1mm with clamp. This set is used for taping very heavy objects such as ingots, wood bundles, etc. The set also allows taping objects with a circular profile while achieving a joint strength of up to 15,000N. A similar set with the designation NP-11 + UK-1 is also available for tapes with a width of 10, 13, 16 or 19mm and a thickness of 0.4 - 0.5mm. Our unwinders are a suitable complement to these strapping machines. They prevent unwinding and deterioration of the tape reel, allow easy handling and reduce the risk of workplace accidents. To facilitate work with heavier tools, we recommend the use of balancers, which balance the weight of the suspended tool during work.
