The unpowered gravity roller conveyor DP is suitable for the assembly of conveyor lines from straight and curved modules. It is mainly designed for transporting cartons but also other goods with a flat and fixed bottom part. The conveyor can be combined with other modules to create any conveyor track according to the customer's needs. We offer a wide selection of accessories for this conveyor. height adjustment for setting the desired gradient - height adjustment 580-920 mm choice of 3 active conveyor widths (300, 500 and 800 mm) and 3 length modules (1000, 1500 and 2000 mm) version with plastic. or metal rollers - diameter 50 mm stable side profiles for high load capacity surface finish - galvanized zinc In this version the conveyor is equipped with steel rollers, the track width is 380 mm, the total track length is 2000 mm and the axis distance is 60 mm. Load capacity = max. permissible, flat (uniform) conveyor load in kg. For conveyors with steel rollers, the load capacity is given in kg per whole module (the load capacity of 1 m of track with steel rollers often exceeds the load capacity of the whole conveyor structure).
