Guesthouse U GAZDY offers a pleasant stay in stylish timber hut in a scenic mountain atmosphere of Těšínské Beskydy. The guesthouse is situated in a beautifull, calm village Nýdek, which lies between a highland stream Střelma and a little river Hluchová. Guesthouse U GAZDY lies on privacy under the top of the hill Polední. This place is 650m above the sea level. The guesthouse is 15km away from town Třinec. Asphalt forest road ensures your easy arriving by car. A parking place is next to the building.

In 2001 was passed a general reconstruction of 70 years old timber hut from which grew up a new guesthouse in a rustic style. Countryside of the guesthouse invites you for a walks, trips or cycling on the neighbouring ghasts of Beskydy mountains (Loučka-835m, Filipka-745m, Velký Sošov-886m, Velký Stožek-978m, Velká Čantoryje-995m). There are a running tracks in winter time leading around the guesthouse.

We offer to you a beautifull, stylish accomodation in a three originally designed double bedded attic rooms with own bathrooms (shower, toilett, wash basin). All these rooms are equipped with LCD TV set, digital satellite receiver, video player and a fridge. There is another double bedded room at the ground floor. So the accomodation capability is 8 people then. The room includes TV set, digital satellite receiver and video player as well.

The bathroom is also on the ground floor.

There is fully equipped kitchen which includes a gas cooker, electrical hot flue oven, cooler, freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, frit pot, kettle, slicer and the other equipment of common household.

There is amazing rustic room suitable for a pleasant sitting, dinner and so on.

Outside is prepared for you wooden sitting suitable for have a lunch or picnic.

Next to the guesthouse lies another building where you can find a snooker room with a fireplace – fully provided to you. You can appease your kid´s bore in the garden where they can find skittles, kinder sandbox, pyramid to climb on and swings. You can also make a barbeque at an outdoor fireplace with sitting in the garden.

There is a gas central heating in whole building.

If the guests would like to eat out of our guesthouse, there are many restaurants that offers a wide range of czech food and local specials around. Just in Nýdek village you can find about 11 guesthouses, restaurants and pubs (distance approx 3km).
